Our primary method of issuing refunds is via paper check, which will be mailed to the address we have on record for you. To ensure timely receipt of University-related correspondence, please update your address promptly when you move. You can update your address by contacting the Office of Records and Registration and creating a ticket.
If you notice a credit balance on your student account, please be aware that it may take fourteen days from the date you dropped your classes to receive your refund.
We appreciate your patience, as it helps us process requests more efficiently.
