To receive your student term/account statement, please create a ticket in our support portal after logging in with your HU credentials.
To help us locate your information and respond efficiently, please include your student ID number and full legal name in your ticket.
The two most frequently requested types of account statements are:
- Term Summary: Displays a specific semester, including classes you have taken, tuition charges, payment methods, and the remaining balance.
- Complete Account Statement: Provides your full payment history.
