Your account hold may be due to an outstanding tuition balance, which can prevent you from registering for the upcoming semester or receiving your diploma. If you have recently made a payment and your balance is now zero, the hold will automatically be released within one hour.


Alternatively, your hold may be due to unposted financial aid. If you have questions regarding your aid, please contact FinancialAid@HarrisburgU.edu.


A description of your hold will also be available for your review. 


To view your balance, please check MyHU → Finance to see your balance and reach out to us if you have other questions by creating a ticket.
